Our own technicians install and service coolers Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm. We don’t install or service on weekends or after hours. Servicing is booked every 8 to 9 months and is included in your weekly rental, along with filter changes, sanitising, parts and labour.
Yes. Value H2O rentals have a minimum term of 12 months, and you can choose to be invoiced every 3, 6 or 12 months, whichever suits your accounts team. The weekly price stays fixed and includes servicing, filter changes, sanitising, parts and labour, with no additional charges.
Installation usually takes 3 to 4 business days from when your order is confirmed. Our own technicians deliver and install your cooler Monday to Friday, between 8am and 4pm, and show your team how it works. Plumbed-in coolers connect to your existing cold water line, usually with no major plumbing changes.
Every Value H2O rental includes servicing every 8 to 9 months, all filter changes, cleaning and sterilising, thermostat checks and adjustment, and all parts and labour. If your cooler ever needs replacing, we replace it at no extra cost. There are no additional charges and no bottles to buy.
